Daly and Manning conduct Driving Licence Eyesight reports. This report is required to apply for a learners permit or for over 70s renewing their licences.
It would be appreciated if you print the eyesight report form prior to your arrival for the eyesight examination.
The Eyesight Report can be downloaded from here, or can be sourced at any NDLS centres.
The fee for the examination and report is €40, which must be paid in advance at the time of booking the appointment.
